Search filter for Business partner in IC WebClient

Hi,

I know the BAdi CRM_BUPA_IL_SEARCH / CRM_BUPA_IL_SEARCH_EXT to add my own filters to the search function in SAP CRM.

These extensions are not called when I search via the IC Webclient.

Is there a similar way to have a custom filter applied on any business partner search in IC WebClient? I want to filter by the datasource (field "SOURCE" in BUT000).

You need to add field SOURCE in the search screen of Business Partners in Interaction Centre.

Go to the Component : ICCMP_BP_SEARCH

View: BuPaSearch

Context Node : SEARCHCUSTOMER

There is a context attribute called SOURCE available. Add it in the View configuration then it will be visible in interaction centre UI.

Then you can search based on SOURCE.
