Usage Statistics and application usage

Hello

We want to know the number of accesses to the system and the number of operations performed by the sales force users in CRM 7. Is there any easy way to get this information?

You can get some basic statistics in ST03. Choose Workload and select instance. There you have several options for what you want to make monitoring. You can do it also for users. basicly you can see number of steps performed in certain period and processing time.
