Error in File sender Adapter

Hi All,

I am currently getting the following error in the communication channel monitoring for Sender adpater, when it is trying to get the files from the server.

Could not process due to error: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to get the length of an array loaded from local variable 'dirList'

Please let me know if anyone has come across this issue before.

Can you check whether the file has a junk values ?

Me too facing same problem, Can you please suggest me what exactly the problem is. and how to rectify this.. You mentioned as basis error. Can you please tell me whats error it is and how basis rectified this.

I am not doing any file content conversion. Its just a pass through interface.

It picks file from one server and places it on the other

Hi Venkat,

Check if the SP level of all of your Java components and the SAP_BASIS ABAP component are the same.

And also if you are using the latest patches available for them.
