Production Portal: We have this link in Production portal and working successfully.

QA portal : There is a problem listed below

1) We had a same link in QA portal but after some time it is got disabled or invisible.

2) When we noticed we are not getting any clue like when and how it got disabled.

3) As we tried and checked in back end every thing is fine and compared both in Production and QA it looks same.

4) Checked the transport package formed properly and it is fine.

Please suggest me with some solutions.

Afzal.

The logon help on the portal login page can be setup in two ways:

1. Legacy Logon Help

By setting the UME property ume.logon.logon_help to TRUE.

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/45/82278050f3487fe10000000a114a6b/frameset.htm

2. New Logon Help

By assigning the UME action UME.Logon_Help to a role first and then assigning this role to the group anonymous users.

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/45/7e6313d8780dece10000000a11466f/frameset.htm

Check which method is adopted in your systems and make sure it is the same in Q and P.

Thanks,
