SAP CRM 7 For Utilities - Using BPF 'Quotation Accept'

Dear expert,

We want to use the standard Business Process Framework (BPF) u2018Quotation_acceptu2019 to Accept Service contract quotation and create the follow up contract document.

We are facing a blocking error message in the end of the process: u201CError finishing process u2018Contract_changeu2019u201D

Has anyone use this feature before? Do you have any documentation about this process or BPF in general?

Any input would be highly appreciated.

Hi Nabil,

I have the similar requirement for the contract management using BPF. It seems you already are able to use BPF. This is completely new to me. Could you share how you used the BPF for the "quotation accept"?

Also do you have any luck to find any documentation regarding this topic? Your help will be highly appreciated.
