Hi Team,
I am getting four agents for one step and also it is in ready status in work flow log.
But none of the agents getting work item in their inbox.
Any help?

If its not PRD system, go to SWU_OBUF Tcode & refresh the buffer & try once..
You can also process the workitem as admin from SWIA Tcode..

Check from SWI1 whether the object type (US in case of user, S in case of position, O in case of Org unit etc..) is mentioned
correctly along with the OBJID (approver) ..
Go to workflow container for that step & check whether the values of the variable used to populate the approvers has the correct values as I have told..

Hello,
Look in the workflow log to see where the workitems were sent.
Look in SWI5 for each of the users.
Of course you can use SWU_OBUF in Production.

Hi,
Please make the user decision task "General Task".
Then find the all workitem ids related to that task which are in ready status.
Run transaction SWI1_RULE with your workitem id.
Select all workitem id and click on button "Execute agent rules" [ button with -> sign ].
If the agent are getting selected correctly by the rule responsibilities then now workitem will be available in their inbox/UWL.
