FM- BCS Budget AVC is not working for FI documents reconstruction

Dear All

We are in the process of FM-BCS implementation (with EHP4).

When we are executing the FI documents reconstruction (posted through FI only) through T.Code FMN0, system is not checking Budget Availability, Without budget also system is reconstructing FI doucments and generating the FM documentst (actuals).

I also checked the Budget report it is showing negative budget.

And also I have observed in PR/PO reconstruction through T.Codes FMN3N and FMN4N there is a field 'check/update assigned Budget' avaible which is checking Budget AVC. But in Accounting document reconstruction this field is not avaible for Budget AVC.

Kindly revert with your valuable input/suggestings for enabling the budget AVC for Accounting documents reconstruction.

Hi,

I don't think it would be possible (see note 189761 for info). AVC is deactivated by default and only in some reconstruction programs it's available.

Thaks for the quick response,

As I understood, Budget AVC control is enabled in some programs like PR,PO Reconsturction etc., But in FI Accounting doucments reconstruction this AVC is not enabled.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
