Requested delivery time frame (Table OIK37) not visible in Sales Order

Hi Team

In sales order change/display I am not able to see delivery window (Requested delivery time frame) though the values are updated in table OIK37. Also in some cases in create mode when I try to change the values in "time from" or "time to" then the values taken from ship-to master are overwritten.

A user exit is implemented which is causing the issue. Standard sap will work.

Thanks for the reply, this note is also implemented but still not able to display values in VA03. Also when delivery window is taken from the shipto party unloading point calendar then not able to change it in VA01 or VA02

When you implement an OSS note, create new document and test the results. If in the new document also you did not see the results, then check OSS Note 1029117 - Delivery time frame window
