SRM 7.0 Process controlled workflow - BRF

Hi,

We have a requirement to implement shopping cart spending limit approval at item level. We can find the relevant process levels and agents where required. This has been tested using expression: Approval Limit of the Previous Processor < Overall value.

However we need the expression to be similar to this: Approval Limit of the Previous Processor < Line item value.

Has anybody had a similar requirement and implemented a solution, if so, can you explain how it can be achieved.

Hi,

SAP has delivered this workflow functionality for SC / PO for header level not for item level..... by doing for item level for spending limit is so complex and recommend by SAP..

Hi,

SAP doesn't recommend to do by item level.. so close this thread..
