Dear All,

I am trying to get form 16A by entering respective fields values but the result is showing system message "no data found as a result of the selection criteria" even though there are transactions.

Please suggest a solution

Check if you updated chalan details and generated certificate series?

I have followed all the instructions as in the TDS guide and updated chalan details and generated the certificate series but the same system message is appearing..

Hi Rahul.......

How are you?

Welcome to SAP Business One Forum.........

Try this.......

Go to Finincial> TDS> Form 16A--> Fill the data and press OK Button.

This will display you the invoice data where TDS are deducted.

Right?

Now Select the first line and do not press Generate Certificate No. because you have already generated.

Just select the First line and Click on Print Preview.

Thsi will display the print preview of TDS Form 16 A............
