IW 44

Dear All,

I know it is very simple question but cant able to do

i know iw 44 is collective confirmation

but dont know how to use it

like can i use it no. of orders and how

or single order ,

Will i need to enter every operation no. one by one or can i select some how all operation collectively

Plsease explain one by one step

Please follow the the below steps

1. Run IW38 to select the required work orders which you need to collectively mark as confirmed

2. Select work orders by highighting them all

3. Goto to Order Menu then to Confirmation and then choose collective confirmation

4 Enter the default values in "Default values section" -choose only finally confirmed for simple case

5. Press F9 for selecting all

6. Press CrtlShiftF2 for check confirmations

Hi,

Through IW44 you can confirm more than one order, for that you have copy the oder no in order field given below the confirmation screen. you can select multiple operation no. of one order and confirm together at once.

in IW44 in the default value as you enter , it will copied to the below confirmation screen.

And below when you enter the operation no and press the All actual data button , the data pertaining to the operation will be displayed automatically
