EHP5 Upgreade on ECC6 with EHP3

Hi,

We would like to upgrade our ERP (ECC6) from EHP3 to EHP5. we just setuped Sandbox system with PRD DB.

Does anyone done EHP5 upgrade? Do you have material or can provide links to material that include screenshots?
