Adding infotype in V_T591B

Dear Expert...

As we know that we can stop the last period entry for wagetypes in table V_T591B. Now if i put infotype 2001 then system never shows its subtype. Can anybody help me to tell that how we can add the infotype in that table. So that we can lock the past period for other infotypes.
