We have implemented UWL in NW 7.0/EP 7.01

When the Principle investigator clicks on his project he receives an entirely different workflow assigned to another person.

We do not know where to look for the solution to this issue.

Additional information from the UWL admin:

We have run into another intermittent problem with the OSPA workflow. Sometimes when folks go into the UWL in the portal in Production to process a workflow item, and they select the Display form button at the bottom of the form, the window that opens references iwebD rather than IWEB. Ben and I canu2019t determine how this happens as the URL called from the button was put in via XML by us, and hard codes the URL (using iweb) except for the notification number at the end, which is passed at the time of execution.

So the Principle Investigater is receiving an Internal form called from DEV rather than production.

Any ideas of how to debug or find the reason the workflow item is pulling from the DEV system rather than the PRD system?
