What if the standard enterprise structure of SD (from sales organization down to salesman) would not suffice the need of a company? What I mean is after using all of the standard elements in the SD structure (from sales organization down to salesman) there is still need to add-up something like dividing the division into sub-division or dividing the distribution channel into sub categories? What is the solution for this? Please help. Thank you.
In the customer master under General Data tab, press from top menu bar Extras > Additional Data where you can see Freely definable attributes. There you can have different values as per your requirement.
