What if the standard enterprise structure of SD (from sales organization down to salesman) would not suffice the need of a company? What I mean is after using all of the standard elements in the SD structure (from sales organization down to salesman) there is still need to add-up something like dividing the division into sub-division or dividing the distribution channel into sub categories? What is the solution for this? Please help. Thank you.
