Hello everyone - In BO3.1, we enter the user's DB credentials into the "Enable Database Credentials" section in CMC. Once the user logs on, the credential seems to reset to something else. What can be causing this?
Example:
We enter: JDOE as the DB ID.
The user logs on in Australia into another domain, so instead of logging in as JDOE, they log into Infoview as "JDOE at INTL.WARNERBROS.COM". This seems to change his DB credential in CMC as well.
This only happens for this one user and not all the users in his territory.
Please help.

If it's only one user, the issue is on the local user's location. How is the user accessing your system? DESKI, WEBI, Crystal, etc...
