Performance Management -- Cascading Goals

My HR business users want to cascade goals. But they also want objective description and weighting to be cascaded too. How you do that?

Hi -

Within the cascading application, you can cascade Objective, Description, Notes, and KPI / measurement.

Once the goal is cascaded you cannot change it, if there are updates to the goal, you can use the notes section, as it will dynamically update on the employees appraisal document.
