How to provide dropdown list to custom field created through eewb?

Hello EEWB experts,

I created a custom field - region and it shows on my customer data tab. I want to give it a drop down to select a state depending on the country. Ex: I give country = US and it should display all the 50+ states from which I should be able to pick one.

Using EEWB, I checked the Check Table box for the field regio. The check table I want to use is T005S.

Right now my screen shows a dropdown symbol but when I click on it nothing happens.

Identify the Attribute and redefine the P-method

in p method change the field type as FIELD type Picklist
