No printer device found

Dear Experts,

I have been working fine when all of a sudden no crystal stationary can print out, including the default ones. I keep getting the error "No Printer Device Found".

This is very strange to occur just all of a sudden. What could be causing this error ?

Check if you can print any other MS Word documents. If you cannot print even in MS Word, your printer drivers need to be reinstalled.

Hi MARTIN KAMAU

This is due to Print Spooler Service is stopped.

Just try this It will work

Go to services.msc or go to services and search there is service called "Print Spooler Service".

Start this service and make it automatic also.

there are several reasons.....

you goto file->Page setup.

Click printer and then see the printer whether its appearing or not...

If not,check the connection between system and printer...

Configure the printer setup,If required.

OR

If its network printer,click 'network' in printer setup and then add the IP address for that printer..

Check this and revert me
