Leave Request in Days

Hi all,

My client is using ESS leave request to allow employees to request leave hours online. One of the client location is in UK.

As per company policy, the UK location will allow employees to request leave in days instead of hours.

So my client want to display day units instead of hours for duration field on leave request screen.

Example: If employee want to take half day leave then employee will put .5 in the duration field instead of 4 hrs.

Can any one please help me where in the IMG i can make this settings.

I did checked the partial day units under WEBMO rule, it do not have days units.

You can use additional field in leave request to display it

You can only mention hours or clock times or both in V_PTARQ_TPROCESS

So add additional field in v_t554s_web for the absence

There is DEFINE FIELD SELECTIION

Sm34 > VV_PT_FLDSEL_NAM

Ptarq> Customising> Service Specific Settings > Working time > Leave

Request > Layout of Web application > Define Field Selection

Add this to the absence type of your rule group.
