R/3 Sales Office to CRM

I have a problem where a sales office that exists in R/3 will not appear in CRM

I have ran transaction CRM_R3_ORG_GENERATE and can see the line at the top, when i select the line and generate it appears at the lower section but has a red error against it, I don't understand why this will not appear in the crm system

Any ideas/help will be appreciated
