Qualification inherited from organizational units

Dear all:

We have a req. where we need that in certain plants of the company the employees have more requeriment in their position than in others plants; we have jobs assigned to positions, but if we add more requeriments to job OPERATOR for example, all the operator in the company would have those requeriments, but we need only the ones in some plants. Is there any way to assing req. to UO and inherit them to all the positions and UO below them?

The easiest way is to create two job codes like Operator1 & Operator2. For the plants which need additional qualifications you can use Operator 2 for that. Job Operator 2 will have those additional qualifications assigned. Job code descriptions cane be more meaingful so that user can select the right job code.

The problem I see with that approach is that I just can have one job assigned to the position, so if I want to assign to a position the generic job OPERATOR I could not assign at the same time OPERATOR-PLANT X for example
