Can we add a link in the Appraisal Template in the Description Column?

I just named the link differently and the forum converted the tag automatically -> I hope you can see the coding here now:

Yes, that's possible. Usually in the template catalogue you go to the particular element - tab 'description' and choose 'web layout'. There you can type in the link then with the appropriate HTML tag (eg. <a href="www.sap.com">Go to SAP page</a>).
