Issue with transaction FBL5N transaction

Hi experts,

I am facing the following issue.

While running the transaction FBL5N, there is a field named "Text exists" in output list. For our user id it's shown as 'X' for some documents of a particular customer when the user is not able to see so.

The field is:RFPOSXEXT-XTEXT

Is there any authorization to be given to user ids to see this field?
