E recruitment candidate / requisition over view issue.

Dear All,

We are on EHP5, E Rec and ECC runs on one instance. As a recruiter when i click on the candidate name im not getting any details, same happening with requisition.

In short i am unable to get an over view of the candidate and the requisition..

kindly help...

Common Parts - not ESS, see note 1448100.

But you would need the Common Parts BP (1.51) too.

Hi Nicole,

we have deployed Enhancement Pack 5 Business Package ERP05 ESS (WDA) 1.50. Still have same problem.

Hi,

Sorry, have overread you are on EhP5 - please make sure you are using also ERP Common Parts 1.51 in your portal.

we have installed the below business packages from netweaver EHP2 media

ESS 1.41 SP level 5

Make sure to use the pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter_bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.14.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.14.roles

role if you have an EhP4 system.

Dear Nicole,

we are on EHP5 and we are using portal role :

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.15.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.15.roles/com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.15.recruiter.

Do i need to do some customization for this?

Hi,

Normally not - do you use the standard shipped role or a custom one in portal?

Hello,

As mentioned, you shouldn't get the overview but the maintenance screen. Maybe your OBN navigation isn't working correctly, is the same happening if you call the services directly from backend transaction SE80?

Yes the same is working if i call the service. Do i need to do any configuration related to OBN navigation.

Hello,

In WD mostly the links lead to the maintenance screen now. So if you click on the requisition name in the POWL queries you get the requisition maintenance and for the candidate names the candidate profile. Have you made sure that all services are active and the new window didn't open in the background?

Dear Nicole,

All the services are active, as a candidate when i click on the requisition i am able to see over view of the requisition, but as a recruiter i am unable to get the over view of candidate/requisition. there is no SLG1 log.

kindly suggest
