How to configure Service Level Reporting???

Hi All,

I have to configure Service Lever Reporing (SLR) on my solution manager for managed systems. Can any one please help me in configuring it? A Step-by-step explanation will be a great help.

Hi Jared,

Thanks for sharing the link. I have gone through the link.

However, when I edit the "Setup Service Level Reporting" by click the link under "Solution Monitoring->Service Level Reporting" under "Operations Setup", I could get the screen where in I found the below details:

1. Setup SL Reporting (On the left Pane)

2. Variants Administration (under the above head tree)

On the right pane, I could find:

1. Name

2. Type

3. Weeday of Processing

4. Active

5. Date of Next Report

I could successfully give the above details and saved it. However, I dont see any provision for seleting the system SIDs as mentioned in the help.sap.com site proposed by you.

May you help me in selecting the System SID for which I need to declare SLR?

Hi

Have you defined your satellite systems in smsy? have you included them in solution?

please select your solution and go for slr setup.

Yes, I have selected the solution in SOLUTION_MANAGER and go to Operation Setup->Solution Monitoring->SLR.

However, I still find the above mentioned elements, nothing else.

Please help me.

Hi

To configure the SLR Report, please use the tcode DSWP > select your solution > under the solution overview choose your syystem which you already configured as Monitroing system > Goto the tab Solution Monitoring, > choose operations setup from left panel > Service level reporting on the right > here Activate service level reporting and customize your report.
