MDMGX - FTP problem

Hi,

I am trying to extract reference data from SAP SRM to SAP MDM FTP enabled distribution folder. My config to define repositories and FTP server is as follows,

Object Type : catalog

Repository Name : SRS_MDD_CATALOG

FTP Server: calsrsnd01.na.tlm.com

MDM Root :/usr/sap/MD1/MDS05/mdm/distributions/CALSAPDEV11%1526%SRD_ORCL/SRS_MDD_Catalog

Clnt Code: SRM

Remote System: SRM

Languages EN

while extracting dat I am getting below error,

cd /

250 Directory successfully changed.

Error while executing ftp command cd "//usr/sap/MD1/MDS05/mdm/distributions/CALDEV11

Report Statistics

Size of document 3.217 Bytes

Number of records :

ProductGroups 34

Anyone has faced this issue??

Note - My SAP SRM and SAP MDM is installed on same machine.

I suggest you use paths without any special characters.

i tried with same option but no use .

i tried in RSFTP002 with same direcory . it is successfully changing.

I resolved the issue with using root directory as "usr/sap"
