listing &exclusion

Hi

I have activated listing and exclusion for sales order

in some cases i have found that , listing has not maintained for customer and material but still sales orders is created

when i check the record for listing, their is no record created for for customer and material

but sales order exists, can anyone let me know how to find and resolve this

Hi

Please check the analysis log while creating the sales order.

To activate the analysis goto the t code VA01 after entering the sold to and ship to goto Environment> Analysis>Listing and Exclusion-->On.

You can view a listing exclusion analysis carried out by the system. The system displays the key it uses to access the listing exclusion master data. It also informs you if listing and exclusion is not possible.

Hi,

With material listing or exclusion you can control which materials can be sold to each customer., So if you did not maintain the record for customer you can carry out the sales order, other case if you maintain inclusion for some materials and you are trying to create sales order with the material which are not maintained in inclusion then system will prompt you a error message saying that material is not listed.
