Infotype 0000 and 0001 inconsistent

Hi All,

We have inconsistent records in infotype 0000 and 0001, the data in infotype 0001 has gaps(see information below).

Could some one please suggest a program or some procedure to fix this data?

Infotype 0000:

18.05.2011 - 31.12.9999

01.05.2011 - 17.05.2011

01.04.2011 - 30.04.2011

01.11.2010 - 31.03.2011

01.11.2009 - 31.10.2010

Infotype 0001:

01.11.2010 - 31.12.9999

01.10.2010 - 31.10.2010

01.11.2009 - 10.11.2009

Please confirm, is data inconsistent in Overview mode or not?

Yes it is inconsistent in overview mode as well. Infact a record is missing, not sure how it got deleted.

Even if the data got delimited, previous date should should be extended. Also, time constraint of IT0001 is 1 {An infotype record must be available at all times. This record may have no time gaps. You may not delete the record last stored on the database because all records of this infotype would otherwise be deleted}

Please check, is the time constraint is maintained correct or not?

The infotype delimit functionality is working fine(when a record is deleted the date gets extended), this is the only employee that has this inconsistency. We are not able to trace how this happened.

Now that we have this inconsistency can we do something to fix it.

You can use transaction s_ahr_61016380 to check logged changed in infotype.

I am sorry... the audit trail is not activated so no luck with tcode s_ahr_61016380.

Did you try to run SAP program 'RPUSCNTC' for this ee to see if it fixes the inconsistency (filling gaps for IT with time constraint '1') ?

Thanks for the response!

Program RPUSCNTC returns one record for infotype 0001, when I check details it displays message "Time constraint for infotype 0001 personnel number 00004535 violated".

However it does not fix the issue and the ee still has gap in infotype 0001.

Did you run with 'Test Run' un-checked ?

I did not find 'Test Run' check box, the selection screen only has input option for Personnel number and Infotype.

What version/ release of SAP you're using ? Try to apply OSS 1302067 (released since 2009) which should allow this report to fix in-consistency.

Thanks Ted! I ran program RPUSCNTC in Production and fixed the inconsistent data(after implementing the OSS note 1302067).
