Message being Sent in Outbound Staus ccBPM

hello everybody,

i'm working with PI 7.1.

I designed a ccBPM that send data from DB to sap by RFC and update status in DB.

Everything worked good but last week we made a change harware and migrated all interfaces.

We have a problem with this interface because in cannot see update in DB (so the last step of ccBPM).

I don't find any error in xml monitorning, adapter monitor, SMQ1 , SMQ2, sm58. Everything work fine.

The one one strange thing that i can notify is that:

in xml monitor we have a row where the OUTBOUND STATUS is not with succes flag but have the status MESSAGE BEING SENT (the clock logo).

any suggestion?

I will suggest that

1. In SXI_CACHE for the BPM, regenerate the instance and activate the same.

2. register and Activate all queues in SXMB_ADM

i did it.

but seems not solved.

I notify that the BPM is stopped in a WAIT step.

In this step i set duration 1 minut (wait specified Time Period).

But the flow is stopped more than 1 minut!!!!

in RWB -> business Process engine i see some alert.

Seems Schedule Background Job are not active.

where i can activate them? wich jobs?

You could check in trx SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING if there are green ticks for the background jobs.
