Hi,

I'm installing BPC 7.5 MS in multiserver mode (Appserver + Dbserver).

When I try to use Landing page to connect to Administrator I have the following error:

Detail Exception error has occurred; check the log ID = "" for more details.

Someone can help me?

PS: I just install data connectivity driver for office 2007.

Thanks,

Fabiola

Diagnostic already executed, all is green. Yes, I have enabled the application pools (DefaultAppPool and BPC_ManagementAP) for 32 bit.

Classic .NET AppPool left to 64 bit.

HI Fabiola,

What errors are getting logged to the TblLogs table?

Run this SQL command in the SQL Server Management Studio query window

USE AppServer
SELECT * FROM TBLLOGS ORDER BY LOGID DESC

Thanks,

John

Hi, I have the same problem that Fabiola, I run the query that you wrote, what mean the results?

I have to erase the results?

Uninstall and install BPC again solved my problem.

Hi,

Can you try to run the Server Manager and run the diagnostic. Please ensure that everything is green.

Do you have the IIS enabled for 32 bit.

I use Microsoft Windows authentication.

The environment is: windows 2008 R2 (64 bit), Sql Server 2008 R2, BPC 7.5 SP05.

Hi, it is rather difficult to tell what might be wrong. Could you please give more details such as authentication method and platform versions to start with?

Are you able to log on from Excel?

Thanks
