Manual Material Reservation and PR genaration.

Hi Friends

At the tome of manual material reservation , if material is not in stock then Purchase requisition should be generated.

How to do this.Any configuration is needed.

Hi,

Maintaion the MRP Type "PD" & have Safety Stock 100 ( for example) in the material amster MRP views {1& 2} .Once you create resevation and stock falls below 100, then system will create PR( Run MD02 t.code & then check PR number in MD04 t.code)

Hi,

Please use the CBP for the corresponding scenario.For this please maintain the MRP views for the material in Material master.

MRP type(PD),Safety Stock,Lot Size,GR Processing time,Planned delivery Time,Total replenish. lead time.

Hi,

Create the Manual Reservation for Material under Plant in MB21 and then carryout MRP Run in MD02 and see the MRP Results in MD04. System wil create PR if materials are externally procured.

Note: - Not Possible to create PR automatically based on Reservation.
