Issue with Access to BSP URL

Hi All,

Recently we have upgraded our SAP Kernel 640 to 347 patch on SAP Netweaver 2004 Server.

Since then I am facing authorization in accessing that BSP contents, i am able to login but after login to BSP it does not show me proper contents while with SAP_ALL I am able to see those documents.

I activated User Trace which says:

CMOD - - - rscpldc_lookup_d Parameter:

CMOD - - - setlocale Parameter: LC_CTYPE,<query>

CMOD 2 setlocale Parameter: Comment: Returncode: 69251984 (en_US.IS

CMOD - - - setlocale Parameter: LC_COLLATE,<query>

CMOD 2 setlocale Parameter: Comment: Returncode: 72071568 (en_US.IS

I checked that this is something related to default language but did not find any solution how and where I need to set missing settings.

Please suggest.

Regards,

Shivam Mittal

Is this a non-unciode system?

Are the mentioned locales available on the operating system?

Hi Markus,

Thanks for reply, Yes we are using non-Unicode system.

Please let me know how can I check for "the locales available on the operating system".

Well - if I knew what operating system you were using I could give you a hint...

Hi Markus,

We are using Redhat Linux as our OS.
