SAP Netweaver 7.01: JSPM Problem

Hi,

I have this system:

SAP netweaver Abap+Java 7.01 SP3

I want to update the Java whit JSPM to sp 06, when i try it give me this error:

I have tried to make whit configtool in to SAFE mode...

But nothin... have any ideas?

Hey Davide ,

Its seems to be an Authorization Issue .

Just for the sake , LOGIN via WIndows "Administrator" User and Upgrade the JSPM FIrst .

Can you please try to stop SID_SapOsCol service manually at OS level and see you are able to stop start service with user assigned to it.

If after you stop service not able to start check for OS level log and find what is the issue with service.

Hi,

Check the environment varables in SIDADM and check your JDK path and make sure your SIDADM have NT administrator access.

What user are you logged with at OS level?... seems like a permissions issue

sidadm... and i can stop from saposcol with this user from services :S

STOP_SERVICE_SAPOSCOLNULL_03.OUT:

failure: OpenService, NT ErrorMessage: Access is denied.

The problem are HERE, coz the warnig XML are not important i think, coz the same problem is here if i try deployment whit Single Package metod (select all the package). i stay to become crazy!

lets start with the basic error, this points to an authorization issue. what user does the service run with?
