2LIS_13_VDKON - Problems with DSO keys (overwrite)

Hi,

We are using the extractor 2LIS_13_VDKON and we have an overwrite DSO as an EDW layer. We have the following keys:

Billing document

Fiscal year variant

Sales document

Sales document item

Billing item

Condition type

Condition Counter

Condition Record Number

We are experiencing problems with delat loads when the business deletes agreements. The condition counter changes and the agreement is not deleted. Has anyone worked with this extractor before with an overwrite DSO? Which keys did you have?

Hi,

Check in your PSA for the field ROCANCEL whether the values for the records you say to be deleted is is "D" or "R".

If it is any of the above mentioned things then it should be deleting in your first level DSO.

If it is not any of these two we have to check further that the document is not properly deleted in the R/3 side.

Ask for the procedure how the user is deleting the document.
