Storage bin issue -Stock manage in bin Level

hi friends

1. i need to know what are the data is required for material master ...

2. i did the GRN 10000 quantity but it allocate the same bin only. i want to maintain the seperate bin ..

example first bin --- 50 quantity

second bin --50 quantity

Then after doing MIGO,then u have do LT01.Here u can split & enter the qty in different BINS

I Want to do automatically trigger the quantitiy from the bin...not manaully ..pls helpme to do the configuration.

sorry i wrongly explained,

iam doing implementation , my expectation is once stock is filled in the bins system is checking the another bin need to be fill .

system is not checking the another bin what are the configuration required?

for example BIN capacity =50 quantity

01-01-01=50 quantity

01-01-02= 50 quantity

pls send me suggestion to configuration

Hello,

Please check stock placement ( putaway ) strategy which you are using in this case. I hope it is next empty bin. Also please check if you have define the bin search strategy. Putaway strategy is L in this case.

Further check for configuration logistics execution/ Warehouse Management/ Strategies/ Activate storage bin type search if you are using storage unit type.

What have you maintained in your Plant/Sloc 1 in your material master under storage bin ??

Hi,

In Plant data/stor.1 in MM02, you can see Storage Bin. Here you can specify the Bin location
