Text Tables in CRM.

Dear all expert,

Can I know which of the tables storing text? Hope to take it from tables rather then using FM READ_TEXT as im using crystal report.

Our scenario is a CRM interaction center, customer service request. Where our sales person need to key in notes upon what they did. I need to run a report to our management so that they will be able to see what our sales person did by using crystal.

I guess the text is finally stored in the table STXL against field CLUSTD.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I can see that the text is now store in the CLUSTD. But seem like it is stored as a RAW type which it is storing the number (length of text) and did not show me the real text.

STXH is the table name. TDNAME will be guid of the object.

I need to fetch the text from the tables stxh and also Business partner id. so can any one tell me how these tables are linked (stxh and but000)

same requirment for contact person id.
