I hope this is a simple enough question. If selling as a one-off sale to country where an organisation does not have a sales organisation or distribution channel, e.g. a sale from a UK sales organisation to Italy (currently the organisation does not have any Italian customers and has no sales presence) u2013 is the correct process to create the Italian customer master in the UK sales organisation and distribution channel.
