I am installing SAP 2007.Will it work with database MS SQL 2008 R2 ?

What PL is this? It only works if PL is high enough.

That is high enough if you are on 2007B.
When I choosed the company ,I can not find MSSQL_2008.
You need to install SQL Native Client for 2008.
