Error in PC_PAYRESULT for : For Period Display

Hi Experts,

Getting error in pc_payresult transaction. " No data exists for sequence number 00002".

This error I am getting when I am executing two months payroll together.

For period 05.2011 in period 06.2011

For period 06.2011 in period 06.2011

Not able to view 05/2011 results. But able to view 06/2011 results.

When I am clicking on month 05/2011 , the error message is appearing

" No data exists for sequence number 00002".

But entries exist for period 00002 in HRPY_RGDIR table.

Please advice.

Hi Experts,

The results are getting displayed in the log.

But are not written to the database, I have checked with wage type reporter the reusults are not appearing for 05/2011 for period , in inperiod 06/2011.

Please advice.

Hi,

When you are checking the cluster (PC_PAYRESULT), check the last column which is the sequence no. Check if the sequence no is correct nd none of the no are missing...

If the sequence no is incorrect it may be a problem.

In addition to what prasad said, In the last subschema of payroll schema (XEND - final processing international, or some country specific copy of it), system will export the results by the

EXPRT RX Export payroll acc. (DB: PCL2 / CL: RX) . Now if the payroll is not succefully run of there was some problem because of which payroll results are not exported to this point then it will nto be written to PCL2 as well. Hence for the result items error is showing these results are not exported perfectly to the cluster.

Their was an issue with the custom function.
