Please share some documents on how to Create and configure a Service Team in Service Request.

Hi Shikkar,
we configured the service team as partnerfunction in the partner schema of service requests.
We created the master records for each serviceteam and assigned them in transaction PPOMA_CRM.
We also developed with custom coding that this service team is found automatically based on the Product / Component entered in the service request header.
