Sir,

i have with two doubt in costing with QM expecting expert advise

1.For the appraisal cost i have maintain all setting but still i didn't get any pop window to enter activity type

so pls see to achive this what are the setting i done

Create the activity and assign in work center COSTING TAB

Cost center is assigned in routing

Work center is assigned in quality plan with control key QM04

even though after RR no pop window is appearing to record the result

2.for the non confirmation cost whether we need to confirm the activities like appraisal cost before going to T code KB21N

or only KB21N is required after creating qm order on quality notification

pls clarify
