Hi ALL,
For Outbound Call assignment , We only have two Transaction 1: create call list, 2: Maintain call List
Can we have call list distribution by Territory?
Requirements is: Client wants call list maintenance by Territory. They would like to assign call list to the agents belong to the same category.
I read somewhere that call list assignment only happen through Organization Unit, Position or Users.
Is there any way we can use Territory Assignment to the Call list so that Agents only get the call list from his/her Territory.

As a standard functionality provided by SAP you can assign call lists to only 3 categories which are USER, ORGANIZATION UNIT and POSITION.
You can go to IC_MANAGER role and open the call lis from the call list work centre menu.
Then go to Assignments and check it.
