FF67 manual bank stmt. error-Account statement blocked, only display possib

Dear Guys,

While entering the manual bank statement through t.code FF67(1st screen) i am getting the error like " Account statement blocked, only display possible". Actually i have given all inputs properly eventhough i am getting same error.

I am providing details which are mention in FF67 screen.

The settlement of the account is not automatically carried out when the payment includes two or more customers. The documents is found and shown and it is possible to do the settlement manually upon the proposal by pushing the accept button. Run transaction FEBP and it would give a list of settlements not done, Manually settle this & it would resolve the issue.
