WEB UI Home Screen Issue

Dear friends,

We have an issue with CRM 6.0 WEB UI HOME screen, Users are unable to see their open Activities under Home - MY OPEN ACTIVITIES , if user creates Activity of category Meeting, then he is able to see it under My OPEN TASKS but not under My Open Activities.

When user searches for Open Activities there are many but they are not seen under HOME- MY Open Activities.

Is there any settings which need to be configured so that activities can be seen under MY OPEN ACTIVITIES .

You must create business transaction with type BUS2000126 and not with type BUS2000125 for MY OPEN ACTIVITIES.

Dear Robert,

Its already configured with Business txn category BUS*126 . Only certain category Activities are coming under My Open Tasks.

Than also be sure that category that you use is of type F (Appointment).
