Dear Experts,

We have a Requirement

Point 1. We have Org Structure

Point 2. In that already Reporting relationships are there

point 3. Current Requiremnt is client saying if he Opens the for example Construction Vertical he should see the Director and who & all directly reporting to him the directly reporting people are belongs to Different Org Units of same vertical Is this Possible to make them visible in one line even though they are in different Org units.

For Example..

Director -->GM Finance..> till 10 ppl they are in same vertical but diferent Org units but client want to see who n all directly reporting to Director of that vertical when he open that Nodes in PPOME.

Hope my question is Clear Please advice how to do this

On PPOME -- Right hand side of your screen you have a Go to Button (Left side of Create Button)

Set it to "staff assignments (structure)"

Now people who report to the chief of an org unit(vertical in your terms) will be visible with the head postion

With regards to Position to Position relationship on the top left search box choose position and try structure search

If no luck you cant do it with PPOME

Hi

Please maintain the chief position to the head and there is a standard report to fetch the reporting people ..

Have you checked assigning chief position to the Director of construction org unit? Check the relatuonship in structural view.
