What is the difference between T-Codes 2006 & 2013

Dear experts,

There was a automation done by SAP experts in our system for annual leave accurals which did not functioned initially. So to update the annual leave quota, we have used T_code 2013 in the beginning of the year manually.

Suddently all the leave quota has become abnormally doubled for all the users (but after 5 months). The reason was unknown. So as per some experts advice we have reduced the same by using T-code 2013 once again to match with the original quota.

Requesting all SAP guru's advice in this scenario, what we did is correct or not.

regards

EV

Hi Vasanthan,

If you are speaking about IT2006 & IT 2013 ..this is relevant.

IT2013 is for QUOTA CORRECTION.This would be useful to reduce/add the no of days to the quotas for the employees.

Normally this is not preferred. It is always better to run the program ( RPTQTA00 ) to generate the quotas to the employees which happens as per the standard configuration.

So 2006 contains the absence quotas of an employee ,instead 2013 would be usefu; to either Deduct/add the no of absence quota days from the IT2006.

Regards,

Pullela.
