manual inpection lot 89

Sir,

while i am creating a manual inspection lot for inception type 89 i am getting a error that "No inspection plan could be found"

But i have a inspection plan already which i used for 01 and 04 inspection type

Any tips pls

Hi...

You can define usage 03 and 09 for inspection type 89.

First of all, check the validity period of the inspection plan, it has to be on or prior to lot creation date.

QCC0-> Q-Inspection->Insp lot creation->maintain insp types-->89 check what is the usage defined here. I believe it will be 3 there, and then check the usage of your inspection plan in QP02 header data. I belive its different, may be 5 there. thats why the error msg is coming. Either create new inspection plan with usage 3 or change the setting of 89 from usage 3 to 5.

Hi Faisal,

You are getting this message because usage for 89 inspection type and for 01, 04 are different. I think you must create new inspection plan with usage 3. Then try to create manual lot in QA01.
