Appraisal Status Change Error

Hi,

I am having trouble changing status of Appraisal Document. I have created my own Appraisal Catalog and 'In Status' flow tab I have configured to change statuses according to Workflow Events.

Now in catalog I have given from 'In Preparation' to 'In Process' which works fine. From 'In Process' I want to make it approved and in catalog i have given the same.

But when I execute the work item either through Portal or R/3 it shows me following error:

You cannot change the status from 'In Process' to 'Approved'

Any idea why this is coming. I am totally lost and cant find solution for this:

Checked System log. It was saying to put in complete status and then goto approve and reject status.

Solved.
