while rgn reverse the error is happening..."deficit of pu gr quantity 19.120 mt"

plz suggest.

Please tell how you perform this reversal. Which transaction? how within the transaction.

if the stock is in Quality status, then you have to execute the reversal as well with Q status.

Means you start MIGO, then you contiue like doing a new receipt (do not switch to reverse material document)., just Goods receipt with reference to Purchase order, then change the movement type from 101 to 102.

then go into the item detail and switch the stock status from unrestricted to quality and execute.

HI,

When GRN reverse the error message is happened means the particular material is not available in the closing stock and also consumed. Now GRN reverse time if stock available the error is not displayed otherwise the stock is not available the error displayed. So, Now you can reverse the issue qty of this material and then GRN reversed.

Hi

I QM is activite at the time of GRN Lot would have been created and sebequetly the lot would have been cleared and moved to unrestricted and now you are trying to reverse the GRN by referering the Material and you are getting the error.

You will get error because the stock type will be quality inspection so you cannot do that

Either reverse the Usuage descion or Cancel the Goods receipt by using Purchase order and movement type - 102.

Hope this might solve your issue.

stock is in quality inspection...

bring it to unrestricted and try. if you are using inspection lots, you may have to reject using usage decisions in QM32

it appears QM32 not exist..but i tried in unrestricted but the same appears...

if your GRN was to quality then for cancellation also happen if the stock is in quality and likewise. Hence subsequent movements if any has to be reversed.
